The live-action series Lucky Luke reinvents the iconic character by blending the classic western genre with the spirit of a modern buddy movie and generational humor.

The story begins when the legendary lone cowboy Lucky Luke (played by Alban Lenoir) is forced to leave behind his isolation in order to help Louise (Billie Blain), an 18-year-old girl with an unpredictable personality and clear Generation Z traits.

What starts as a personal mission soon becomes a desperate search for Louise’s mother, who vanished under mysterious circumstances following an attack on their home. What initially seems like a simple personal quest quickly escalates into the discovery of a high-level political and criminal conspiracy threatening to destabilize the very foundations of the United States and alter the course of its history.

To accomplish their mission, Luke and Louise must join forces with iconic figures who are usually their enemies or rivals, including the Dalton brothers, Billy the Kid, and Calamity Jane.

Throughout the 8 episodes, Luke confronts the “ghosts of his past” and the origins of his legend, learning that his greatest challenge is not saving the country, but learning how to work as part of a team and trust others.
